We love to meet new patients! At this complimentary 30-40 minute "get acquainted" visit you will receive a thorough orthodontic evaluation to diagnose any existing or potential orthodontic problems. Dr. Norwick will discuss his diagnosis with you; show you the appliances that might be used during treatment and talk with you about potential treatment options. If it is the proper time to begin treatment, our treatment coordinator will discuss fees, your insurance benefits and our affordable payment options. If it is not the appropriate time to start, young patients are places into a recall to allow continued monitoring of their further growth and development.
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that children see an orthodontic specialist at age 7 for their first orthodontic evaluation. While most children are not ready for orthodontic treatment at that time, it allows us to make sure that a child's facial growth is "on track" and that their permanent teeth are erupting properly.
Please let us know in advance of your appointment if there are any special circumstances that we can take into consideration to make this visit as comfortable and pleasant as we can.
We look forward to meeting you!
